AFE’s 2026 R.I.S.E. to Support Campaign
The American Floral Endowment (AFE) is proud to announce the launch of its 2026 R.I.S.E. to Support Campaign, a virtual fundraising initiative dedicated to advancing the future of the floral industry through research, internships, scholarships, and educational programming. The campaign will run from Friday, May 15, through Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

The R.I.S.E. campaign encourages floral industry members and supporters to invest in the future by helping fund programs that strengthen every segment of the industry.
“For 65 years, AFE has been committed to funding the programs and solutions that help our industry thrive,” said David Garcia, Pete Garcia Company/Garcia Group, Chairman of the American Floral Endowment. “The R.I.S.E. to Support campaign is an opportunity for the entire floral community to come together and invest in the future of floriculture.”
This year marks AFE’s 65th anniversary of serving the industry, and this campaign is an opportunity for you to join in the celebration! Donations made through the 2026 campaign will help increase funding for AFE’s core programs, “R.I.S.E.”:
- Research to produce healthier, longer-lasting flowers and plants.
- Internships to recruit tomorrow’s leaders and provide hands-on training for young professionals.
- Scholarships to foster education and empower the next generation to choose careers in our industry.
- Education to provide ongoing learning opportunities and knowledge to all industry members at all levels.
AFE’s annual campaign includes sponsorship opportunities that provide recognition across AFE’s communications, online and in print, throughout the year, as well as promotional materials. Companies and individuals may participate through sponsorships or donations of any size.
Since its founding in 1961, AFE has invested more than $23 million in advancing our industry through these vital programs, designed to support the evolving needs of the floral community. With your help, the Endowment will be able to ensure that these resources are able to continue to evolve to meet current needs.
