For over 60 years, AFE has provided research funding, scholarships, internships, and educational initiatives that strengthen every part of the industry. These programs don’t just help industry members – they also ensure consumers enjoy healthier, longer-lasting flowers and plants.
Your support is what helps us continue to grow these vital programs. There are many ways to give, and every contribution, whether it’s money, time, or expertise, makes a difference and is sincerely appreciated.

Show Your Support with a Gift
Monetary donations are essential to funding research, education, and programs that tackle real industry challenges. Gifts can be made in many ways:
- Donate online or by mailing a check to 610 Madison Street, Suite 101, PMB 803, Alexandria, VA 22314
- Become a Friend of Floral by signing up for a monthly, recurring gift to support critical programs.
- Give the gift of stock, bonds, or mutual funds, or support AFE through your IRA or donor-advised funds.
- Create or contribute to a Named Fund, Memorial Tribute, or Living Tribute Fund to leave a lasting legacy. You can also make a charitable bequest to AFE in your will or trust.
- Help initiate or learn more about an employer matching contribution program at your company or organization and make double the impact with your gift.
Volunteer Your Time and Expertise
