Electronic Newsletter

We send an electronic newsletter, AFE Bulletin, quarterly to our donors. The newsletters are sent to your preferred address. You may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease communications from us.

Credit Card Account Information

AFE utilizes secure transaction methods (SSL) when collecting credit card information over the Internet. AFE does not disclose to third parties credit card account information provided by its donors.

Internet Protocol (IP) addresses

AFE uses your Internet Protocol (IP) address for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.


Cookies are small bits of code that are sent to your computer when you logon to a website that allows us to identify you when you return to the site. The Center uses “cookie” messages to automatically help provide better services. They remind us who you are and your preferences for our website based on what you’ve done and told us before. The “cookie” is placed on your computer and is read when you come back to our website. Cookies let us take you to the information and features you’re particularly interested in. From time to time, we may conduct surveys and/or interactive polls to see what our donors think about important issues or to better target our funding programs. Participation in the surveys and/or polls is optional. Opinions and responses are not identifiable to any particular user. We may share aggregated demographic information with partners or supporters. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.

No Commercial Advertisements

The American Floral Endowment is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization supported by charitable donations. We solicit and collect such charitable donations through the site, but do not advertise commercial products or services, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Our site may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by AFE such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Our site is intended for general audiences, and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
