Se ha establecido un homenaje memorial dentro de la AFE en honor a Ross H. En 1953, Pierce cofund\u00f3 Tennessee Florist Supply, Inc., donde fue presidente y director ejecutivo hasta 2000. En 1956, se mud\u00f3 y abri\u00f3 Tennessee Florist Supply of Bristol antes de cofundar Tennessee Wholesale Florist en Chattanooga a finales de la d\u00e9cada de 1950.<\/p>\n
