The annual fundraising campaign runs from <strong>May 15 through June 30<\/strong> and encourages the floral community to come together and give back to the industry we all love.<br><br>R.I.S.E. stands for Research, Internships, Scholarships, and Education\u2014four pillars that help ensure a strong, sustainable floral industry for generations to come. Every dollar raised supports programs that solve real challenges, nurture young talent, and provide trusted resources for businesses of all sizes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now more than ever, funding for research and education is vital for those who depend on the Endowment\u2019s programs. The floral industry, students, faculty, and researchers all depend on these resources and programs, which continue the pipeline for the overall growth of the floral community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis campaign is about coming together to support something we all care deeply about \u2013 our industry,\u201d said AFE Chairman David Garcia of Pete Garcia Company\/Garcia Group. \u201cBy contributing, we\u2019re helping to provide for new advancements, empower the next generation, and keep our floral community moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-pale-pink-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3ea6c926c041872906f70e333c81a589\"><strong>R.I.S.E. \u2014 What Your Support to AFE Fuels:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/endowment.org\/es\/investigacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>: Backing cutting-edge studies that improve flower and plant health, longevity, pest and disease management, and sustainable practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/endowment.org\/es\/pasantias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Pasant\u00edas<\/strong><\/a>: Offering real-world training opportunities that introduce students to careers in floriculture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/endowment.org\/es\/becas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Becas<\/strong><\/a>: Reducing financial barriers for students pursuing degrees in floriculture and horticulture, helping to build a strong, future-focused workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/endowment.org\/es\/grants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>: Providing free, accessible resources, such as the <em>Grow Pro Webinar Series <\/em>and <em>Sustainabloom<\/em>, to help businesses of all sizes stay informed, competitive, and resilient.
