The group\u2019s collective effort highlights a longstanding tradition of philanthropy and leadership in the floral industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ten Group\u2019s members of dedicated florists include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ah Sam Floral Company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bartz Viviano Flowers &amp; Gifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billy Heroman\u2019s Flowers &amp; Gifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ganain\u2019s Floral &amp; Greenhouses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>McNamara Florist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phillip\u2019s Flowers &amp; Gifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phoenix Flower Shops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robertson\u2019s Flowers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stadium Flowers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viviano Flower Shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walter Knoll Florist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WildFlower | Stem + Sundry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their collective generosity reflects their commitment to the floral community and their belief in the mission and impact of AFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-155c651711ddcc9d3f60e2e681e63937\"><strong>A Legacy of Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the involvement of these current members, former members also contributed to the Endowment\u2019s campaign, further amplifying the impact of their collective effort. These contributors include Royer\u2019s Flowers &amp; Gifts, Zeidler\u2019s Floral Company, Inc., and Chuck Ganain. Beyond the campaign, the Ten Group\u2019s current and past members along with their families have a long history of support for the Endowment with total giving exceeding $800,000, including establishing several different educational grants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cBy investing in the American Floral Endowment, we\u2019re not just supporting a cause but nurturing the entire industry\u2019s future. Our collective contributions as direct industry members ensure that the resources, education, and research needed to advance floral continue to thrive, benefiting every florist and enriching our community as a whole,&#8221;<\/strong> stated Ken Young of Phoenix Flower Shops, a longtime member of the Ten Group, and Past Chairman of AFE.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in the 1950s, The Ten Group was the first national peer group of retail florists in the United States. Since its inception, the group has met biannually at various locations to address industry challenges and share best practices. Over the decades, the group has supported AFE through financial contributions and played a crucial role through volunteer leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date, seven members from the Ten Group have served as Trustees for AFE, five of whom have stepped into the role of Treasurer and two as Chairman.
