Los niveles altos de pH en el sustrato pueden causar la formaci\u00f3n de compuestos insolubles con calcio (Ca). Las bacterias solubilizadoras de f\u00f3sforo (BSF) pueden mejorar la disponibilidad de P para la absorci\u00f3n de las plantas mediante la producci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos para acidificar la rizosfera. La identificaci\u00f3n de las BSF requiere evaluaciones tanto in vitro como in planta. Los protocolos in vitro permiten la selecci\u00f3n de colecciones bacterianas extensas, pero el n\u00famero de aislamientos bacterianos que se pueden probar en el invernadero est\u00e1 limitado por la cantidad de espacio y tiempo necesarios para evaluar las respuestas de las plantas a la inoculaci\u00f3n con BSF. La fenotipificaci\u00f3n digital es una herramienta emergente para la evaluaci\u00f3n precisa y de alto rendimiento del rendimiento y la salud de las plantas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo desarrollar una ruta de cribado de PSB utilizando un protocolo in vitro y fenotipado digital con el sistema de invernadero TraitFinder (Phenospex). La solubilizaci\u00f3n de P in vitro se cuantific\u00f3 mediante el ensayo de verde de malaquita. Dieciocho aislamientos se identificaron como PSB de una colecci\u00f3n de alrededor de 1000 aislamientos. Los datos de fenotipado digital se validaron en un experimento en invernadero con cempas\u00fachil (Tagetes patula) \u2018Durango Orange\u2019, r\u00e1bano (Raphanus sativus) \u2018Cherry Belle\u2019 y tomate (Solanum lycopersicum) \u2018Bush Beef Steak\u2019. Las plantas se cultivaron en un sustrato a base de turba y se regaron con 100 ppm de N a partir de un fertilizante 15-0-15. El P se proporcion\u00f3 semanalmente como Ca2(PO4)3 insoluble mediante riego por aspersi\u00f3n o drench. Se probaron tres PSB identificados in vitro (OSU1, OSU2 y OSU3) y dos productos a base de microbios (Lalrise Vita y MycoApply Endo). El \u00edndice de crecimiento y las mediciones de peso seco de la parte a\u00e9rea fueron consistentes con los datos de biomasa digital calculados por TraitFinder. Lalrise Vita promovi\u00f3 el crecimiento en todas las especies de plantas evaluadas. Lalrise Vita tambi\u00e9n mejor\u00f3 la salud del cempas\u00fachil, la cual se evalu\u00f3 utilizando el \u00edndice de tonalidad, el \u00edndice de hoja verde (GLI) y el \u00edndice de reflectancia de senescencia vegetal (PSRI).
