The topics are current and offer long-term opportunities for growers to focus on increased profit, greater sustainability, and improved labor efficiency. In addition, each session features a live Q&amp;A discussion with industry experts.<\/p>\n<p>The series is provided free-of-charge and open to all, thanks to our generous sponsors. In addition, each webinar is recorded and posted to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@EndowmentOrg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>our YouTube<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0where they can be accessed 24\/7. We have taken input directly from the industry to shape the 2024 sessions ensuring that these continue to be valuable resources covering emerging challenges and new advancements<\/em><\/strong>,\u201d noted Laura Barth, AFE\u2019s Research Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here\u2019s some direct industry feedback collected through anonymous surveys at the end of each session showing the impact of this series:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cThese sessions have great, concise, well-presented information and answers. Keep them coming!\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cI appreciate that the presenters manage their time very well, leaving an appropriate amount of time for questions. Very knowledgeable; this helped me greatly!\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cThese sessions are great overviews for each topic and can be used as training materials for employees.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cI am a beginning flower farmer, and I have attended several webinars in this series and have found them informative and helpful.
